Considering this was the Sunday teams first competitive fixture, the outcome could not have been any better.Having taken the lead early in the game the Saints were never going to be beaten. A huge crowd at the game, including sime English spectators who were staying in the nearby hotel, witnessed some excellent football from the lads and also witnessed some cracking goals. They came from Stein Sheridan and Sean Ryan who got 2 a piece, and 1 from Jamie Casserly. Another good performance of note was from Ian Brunton, who pulled off two very good saves at important times in the game. So a good start by the team, and all hope that it can be kept up....
